1 November 2000. Anti-skate doubled to 0–6 g for scratch DJs tracking heavy, a white LED replaced the incandescent target lamp, and the M3D's pitch improvements carried over. The last 1200 with fully analog quartz pitch.

Changes from predecessor, vs M3D: anti-skate 0–6 g, LED target light, removable dust cover refinements.
